Thank you for shopping at IE Warehouse. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a transparent shopping experience in accordance with EU Consumer Rights legislation.
1. Right of Withdrawal (The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

Notification: You must inform us of your decision to cancel by emailing iewarehouse2015@gmail.com within this 14-day window.

Extended Policy: While the law mandates 14 days, IE Warehouse extends this period to 30 days from the date of delivery for your convenience.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You are entitled to examine the goods as you would in a physical shop, but you may be held liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary.
3. Exemptions & Non-Returnable Items
In line with EU health, safety, and hygiene regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers/magazines).

Hygiene/Intimate products if the seal has been broken (e.g., earrings, underwear, swimwear).

Customized or personalized items.

Unsealed software, audio, or video recordings (CDs, DVDs, Vinyl, etc.).

Digital content once the download or streaming has started.

Gift cards.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or proof of postage).

Sale Items: In accordance with EU law, sale items are subject to the same refund rights as regular-priced items.
5. Damaged or Defective Items (Legal Guarantee)
If an item is faulty or does not look/work as advertised, you have a legal right to a repair, replacement, or refund under the EU 2-year legal guarantee. Please contact us immediately at iewarehouse2015@gmail.com if your product is defective upon arrival.
6. Shipping & Return Costs

Standard Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Faulty Goods: If you are returning an item because it is defective or incorrectly described, IE Warehouse will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Important Advice

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

High-Value Items: If you are shipping an item over €75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking
